Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a non‑refundable retainer ( deposit ) is required at the time of reservation. This retainer ( deposit ) covers administrative time and ensures your date is held exclusively for you.
Client Cancellations
* Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session: No additional fees are due, but the retainer is non‑refundable.
* Cancellations made within 14 days of the session: The remaining balance becomes due at 50%.
